The Borea Assembly is a pan-continental organization created in [TIME] with the primary aim of de-escalation between Western Borea and Eastern Borea nations. The assembly is horizontal organized, with each member having only one vote, giving a same percentage membership fee and equal share of the building. With each nation having it's own floor to act as "diplomatic offices and administration for necessary Borean services." In addition to giving all members a equal share in the assembly, the assembly requires a equal partnership in organizations sponsored by the Assembly such as the Borean Unified Natural Defence Siren or the Borea Language protection body.
The objectives of the BA are the following
- To achieve greater unity and peaceful co-existence between the Borean countries and the peoples of Borea;
- To promote and defend Borean common positions on issues of interest to the continent and its peoples;
- To promote peace, security, and stability on the continent;
- To establish the necessary conditions which enable the continent to play its rightful role in the global economy and in international negotiations;
- To promote sustainable development at the economic, social and cultural levels as well as the integration of Borean economies;
- To advance the development of the continent by promoting research in all fields, in particular in science, technology and aquaculture;
- To remove and defend against acts of colonialism and imperialism;
- To defend and preserve the natural existing cultures of the peoples of Borea;
Member states of the Borea Assembly cover the entirety of continent, except with the exception of Vorpest, Eyjaria, Kurandia, Noraida and Blaskog isles.
The BA has an area of [AAA] square kilometers, with [AAA] of coasatline. The vast majority of the area is on continental Borea with the only significant territories being Eyjaria isles.
The total population of the Borea Assembly, as of 2020, is estimated at around 122.6 million. Due to the nature of Eastern Borea many of population have to only be estimated.
Membership to the Borea Assembly is automatic if the capital of country is on Borea itself. For island nations that are considered to be Borean or within Borea's sphere of cultural influence such as Vorpest. Are required to be voted in via the Assembly.
Currently, the Assembly does not have any observer states to the Assembly.
The Assembly hold two kinds of voting options, with the focus being on unity and keeping true to it's horizontal governmental ideals. Majority of acts which require a binding vote, which requires a unanimity agreement for it to be binding act. More rare are policies that require a non-binding vote which is a opted in or out for voting.
Binding Vote: unanimity for general stuff if binding
Non-Binding Vote: Opt in/out IE most voting
Past Pan-Borean Ideologies and Attempts to create the Borea Assembly
There has been many attempts to create a unified Borea or at least a minimum a assembly where Borean nations could meet to discuss issues portending to Borea. While a majority of these ideologies has fallen out of favor a handful have stayed for the course of time, such as the Kryloth Arachnism, Blaskog Terism or with Akuanism mythology believing Borea was united previously and should be reunited again.
Elwin Arachne took power in Zreiru'a following the Patriot Rally in 1885, and pioneered his ideology that in the face of vulnerability to imperialism from non-Borean sources such as Morstaybishlia and Norgsveldet, Borea should be united (generally by force) and should arrange its unified economy with a large degree of Autarky, with a capital city "island fortress" on Zlovskavaar Island. Although not necessarily a prominent part of the ideology as a whole, Elwin Arachne believed that Zlovskavaar Island should be the capital because it was allegedly a source of magical power. Following the end of the Great War, Zreiru'a collapsed as the Morstopackian troops that had sustained its eastward expansion returned home; the thirty thousand remaining Zreiru'at soldiers were unable to quell The Opposition movement, which overthrew the government and fragmented the empire.
In the post-war era, several Arachnist politicians have headed Borean nations. In particular, dissatisfaction with economic instability directly following the collapse of Zreiru'a led to the landslide election of the then-Arachnist Reirenu'a Karus (Third Republic) party in Aduraszna in 1920 (which quickly splintered due to internal disagreements), and the election of a plurality of Arachnist MPs to the Kyrlot House of Debate in 1922 and 1924; Tirun Arachne (son of Elwin Arachne) was prime minister of the nation before his faction also splintered.
Nakhar Saras became prime minister of Kyrloth in 1963 and instigated a series of diplomatic incidents that led to the neighbouring Kotari Empire to declare war and invade; Saras's management of the war was widely criticised and cited as having lead to the much weaker Kotari forces conquering all of mainland Kyrloth, leaving only Zlovskavaar Island by 1969. Five years later, prime minister Arlen Tazment (who was not an Arachnist but had the legislative support of the Soldiers' Guild) invaded the Empire and, with foreign aid, reclaimed its land and also annexed the Empire.
Following the assassination of Kyrlot prime minister Hefanira Tara in June 2018, then-deputy Sinter Tass of the Arachnist political party Soldiers' Guild was promoted to prime minister, and won a majority of seats in the 2019 election under controversial circumstances, with allegations of rigging and voter intimidation from independent poll watchers. During the latter half of 2019, Tass annexed Kireitarenu'a and Izria in what is commonly cited as an example of New Irridentism. Tass's government was overthrown by The Opposition (who had taken their name from the revolution against Zreiru'a in 1918) at the Victory Square Protest, leading to the formation of the West Borean Federation.

The Blåskogar ideology of Terism is more Eastern Borean centric, wanting to collect the Eastern Boreans under one banner of a "father" uniting it's "children" IE the Eastern Boreans. The ideology was primary created by Ragnar Teri in the early 1880s, the Elven author wrote several dozen essays featured in the national Blaskog newspapers all across the country. As well many of the essays being read out to the varies courts of the minor nobility as well within the king's own court. The ideology took deep root into the Blaskog foreign policy all the way to the to the current day.

With many stories featuring accounts of attempts to break the Fyllikenkrasjlander's protection over the land. There has been a on going dialogue between varies brewmasters about attempts to unify the land once again under Fyllikenkrasjlander watchful eye.
