Lso Ekvert was a former member of Project Uveshk, a covert program initiated by Max Venavle in a feasibility study focused on creating super-soldiers for Vekaiyu. Officially known as Number 14, the vulpine, along with all other individuals, left the program but returned to Ilisto several years later to participate in a final experiment.
Little is known about the individual, who studied to become a biochemist at Eldura University. Extremely zealous and forthright, he wanted to be the first vulpine to become an inter-dimensional being. Unfortunately, the experiment failed and cost the individual his life. His horrific death set off a chain reaction that witnessed the demise of Project Uveshk in its entirety.
