The Unovia Region, often referred to as the Central Gondwana Region, is a geographic region in central Gondwana comprising the islands and coastline surrounding the Unovian Bay (part of the Sea of Gondwana). The official boundary is made up of the nations of Nagato, Satō, Saframalani, and Iassath. Some broader conceptions reach north into Reijia, south into Orderia, and east into Augustia. The variety of definitions can be attributed to partially overlapping commonalities of the region's history, culture, geography, society, ecosystems, and other factors.

The region's most significant metropolitan areas are Safghdad, Saframalani, with 10.7 million people; Castella, Nagato, with 4.2 million people; and Nieuw Vierbak, Satō, with 2.4 million people.
