Prince Thumim was born in 1979 prior to the end of the Second Packilvanian Civil War to then-Viscount Noi Bedon and Countess Mebri Bedon. He was named by his grandfather Earl Amhoud Bedon. His great-grandfather then Duke Amhoud Bedon of Makobar was leading the Carriers of Mercy against the Packilvanian Communist Party. Thus, Countess Mebri Bedon often had to move around with the young Thumim until he was 6 years old when the war was won and Duke Amhoud Bedon was crowned as Sultan of Packilvania in Adrien at the Temple of the Restoration and victory was declared over the Packilvanian Communist Party.

The initial years of the Bedonite reign were characterised by the consolidation of power by the Bedonite dynasty. This entailed putting Communist leaders on trial, having them detained, executed or exiled, integrating and managing the administration and military of the state among other things. Furthermore, when Sultan Amhoud I died in 1990, Sultan Amhoud II was crowned making then Crown Prince Noi the heir apparent and Prince Thumim the second in line to the throne at the age of 11. At this time, the Crown was particularly vulnerable and Crown Prince Noi was worried that he would be usurped by his ambitious siblings.

In the process, he went about eliminating his opponents and putting his supporters in positions of power in the government. To ensure that his line would always survive he took multiple spouses after now-Sultana Mebri and subjected Prince Thumim to rigorous training and physical and mental abuse to allegedly prepare him for the rigors of ruling including having him execute prisoners at gunpoint. In a fit of rage over the Prince's failure to accomplish a task, Crown Prince Noi beat his son so badly, he permanently damaged his reproductive organs causing him to be infertile. This incident was so bad that Crown Princess Mebri threatened to leave him and run away with Prince Thumim. Thus, he built the Sultana's Palace where his wife and Prince Thumim, Prince Abuyin Bedon and Princess Yadika Bedon resided.

Prince Thumim spent time recovering from the emotional, psychological and physical trauma caused by his father's actions. Just before he died as well, Sultan Amhoud II scolded Crown Prince Noi in front of the Imperial Court in his throne room. For those few years, Prince Thumim lived far from the public eye but some level of psychopathy was detected as he enjoyed playing excessively cruel and painful pranks on people and he fought often. Knowing the pain he endured, his mother indulged him and he grew incredibly fond of her. He also became deeply devoted to his younger siblings and often protected them from bullies in school. Nevertheless, he became deeply religious as his mother filled the house with Paxist prophets and other spiritual people in a bid to help him recover.

In 1995 when Thumim was 17, Crown Prince Noi was crowned Sultan-King Namdun III of Packilvania and Drakkengard. Elevated to the role of Crown Prince, he had to reunite with his dad. After a discussion with his father, he disowned his father because he felt that a father-son relationship was untenable. His father consented to the arrangement and their relationship became a formal one. Prince Thumim continued studying through the Packilvanian Armed Forces. His strengths were in logistics and technical areas and many of his fellow soldiers deeply respected his work ethic and skill but failed to connect with him as he was often described as cold and distant.

Thumim resigned from the military at the age of 27 in 2003. In part to make up for their broken past, Sultan Namdun III appointed Thumim to senior projects and programmes in the government, allowing him unprecedented political access and resources. Crown Prince Thumim Bedon was responsible for various infrastructure and institution building projects throughout the nation and brought many progressive and modern ideas to the running of the nation that his father administered. For instance, he was a strong advocate of the Drone Policy to both relieve the poor of debt and provide the nation with endless cheap labour.

Regent

Prince Thumim was appointed as the Regent of Packilvania and Drakkengard by Sultan Namdun III and confirmed by the Council of State on top of and due to his role as the Crown Prince of Packilvania in 2021. During his tenure in that role, he has made several diplomatic advancements.

Under his rule, Packilvania and the Union of Commonwealth Alliances ended their proxy conflict over Rodenia, Puntalia and New Puntalia by signing the Treaty of Culoria. Furthermore, trade barriers created due to economic warfare such as sanctions since 2020 were curtailed through the signing of the Pax-UCA Trade Partnership. Economic relations with the League of Novaris were significantly improved through the signing of the Commercial Cooperation Partnership. Despite initially being rejected, Packilvania's application for membership to the International Forum was approved by its Security Council. He attended the Coronation of Her Imperial Majesty, Emira Scheherazade of Sayyed. Packilvania, led by Prince Faijil, sponsored the International Convention on Climate Change. Under his government, a non-aggression pact and Trade deal were brokered and a naval base for the Packilvanian Navy was to be established in United Malordia.

On the domestic policy front, he implemented many policies. He established a policy that no children born to Princes and Princesses outside of the Gurionic branch of the Bedonite dynasty would be allowed to pass on their titles to their children and that financial support for the government for most Princes and Princesses in the Royal family would end.

His government established a policy that would end tax exemptions for donations of art works to galleries and museums. He suspended the death penalty for people convicted of crimes such as homosexuality and transgenderism. A major controversy for his tenure was his arrest of Prince Kujil, the former Mayor of Kemer and son of Prince Sajahal, the Governor of Shakar. In October 2022, some dissidents detonated a bomb In Bingol that is believed to have been an attempt to assassinate him.

Personal life

Crown Prince Thumim has not had any known romantic relationships. While he has many associates, it is unknown whether he has any friends except perhaps for Prince Luwadeen Bedon, who has proven a dedicated ally. He currently lives in the Sultana's Palace with his mother Sultana Mebri but often stays at the Bingol Royal Palace where official events keep him occupied. He has a close relationship with his brother Prince Abuyin Bedon and Princess Yadika Bedon who is currently serving as the Patron of the University of Bingol. Prince Thumim Bedon continues to support a variety of charitable causes namely linked to Paxism such as helping poor people make pilgrimage to the Memorial of the Jovian Gate in Akas Akil. Since attending the Coronation of Her Imperial Majesty, Emira Scheherazade of Sayyed, he was found to romantically linked to Saga Tynam, Duchess of Tynam, Main Shareholder of VN Strategic Communications and head of the Tynam Egendom.
