The Organization For Arcturian Cooperation (OFAC, Arcturian Islabnder Ang Organisasyon Para sa Kooperasyong Amerikano) is an intergovernmental organization comprising elevencountries in Arcturia, which promotes intergovernmental cooperation and facilitates economic, political, security, military, educational, and sociocultural integration among its members and other countries in Arcturia. It was founded in 1960 with the signing of the Arcturian Accords by Sokala, Vivancantadia, Puntalia, and South Peragen.
