The Organization For Arcturian Cooperation (OFAC, Impelanzan Organización para la Cooperación Arctúrica, OCA; Arcturian Islander Ang Organisasyon Para sa Kooperasyong Arkturian, OPKA; Enchanta Organizatë për Bashkëpunim Arktik, OPBK; Phoexian Organisatio de Cooperation Arctùriana, OCA ) is an intergovernmental organization which promotes intergovernmental cooperation and facilitates economic, political, security, military, educational, and sociocultural integration among its members and other countries in Arcturia. It was founded in 1960 with the signing of the Arcturian Accords by Sokala, Vivancantadia, Puntalia, and South Peragen.
