General elections were held on June 16, 2024 in Volkia to elect the president, vice president, the National Assembly, governors and vice governors, Provincial Legislative Assemblies of all federative units, and other local offices. As no candidate for president — or for the Federal Council or governor in some provinces — received more than half of valid votes in the first round, a runoff election was scheduled for June 30, 2024 for these offices. Candidate Name received the majority of the votes in the second round and became president-elect of Volkia.

Incumbent Yuliya Surkova was unable to run for re-election as she was term limited. Kirill Kovalenko, candidate of the Social Democratic Union, won 37.90% of the vote while Andrei Petrov, the Conservative Party candidate, won 35.84% of the vote. Kovalenko and Petrov will be advancing to the runoff election on June 30.
