Yuliya Dmitrova Surkova (Volkian: Юлия Дмитрова Суркова; born September 16, 1970) is a Volkian lawyer and politician who is serving as the current President of the Volkian Federative Republic, holding the office since January 11, 2017. She was the Minister of Justice of Ozyoretsk from 2002 to 2009, and a Federal Councilor from Ozyoretsk from 2009 to 2017.

Surkova graduated from Ozyoretsk Federal University and Ilyushin University School of Law. She worked for five years as a criminal prosecutor in the Mahigorod District Attorney's Office and three years as a prosecutor in the Federal Attorney's Office in Volkgoroda, before being elected Ozyoretsk minister of justice in 2001, replacing Vadim Ikanov. Reelected in 2005, she resigned from her position in order to take her seat in the Federal Council following her victory in the 2008 elections. Surkova served two terms as a Federal Councilor before winning her party's nomination for the 2016 Volkian presidential election.
Surkova won 53.71% of the vote in the third round of voting and became the first woman to hold the office of the presidency, as well as becoming the youngest person to hold the office. In the 2020 presidential election Surkova was elected to a second term with 51.28% of the vote following the third round of counting.
