The Federal Council of Volkia is the upper house of the Volkian National Assembly, the bicameral legislature of Volkia. The other chamber is the Chamber of Deputies. The structure and responsibilities of both chambers of the National Assembly are defined in Chapter III of the Volkian Constitution.
