Matvei Andreivich Lukyanov (Volkian: Матвей Андреевич Лукьянов; July 2, 1903 - March 27, 1981) was a Volkian politician who served as the 12th president of Volkia from 1961 to 1971. He was the last Volkian Conservative member to be elected President of Volkia and the only president to be impeached and convicted. In 1972, Lukyanov was convicted in a federal court for fraud, witness and jury tampering, and election tampering relating to his tenure in office. He was sentenced to 17 years imprisonment and died shortly after being released from prison.
