The Federal Supreme Court of the Volkian Federative Republic is the highest court in Volkia. It has ultimate judicial authority to interpret the Volkian Constitution and decide questions of national law. The court holds appellate jurisdiction over all federal and provincial court cases that involve a point of federal law and original jurisdiction over a narrow range of cases. It also holds the power of judicial review, which allows it to determine the constitutionality of any law or official act.
