The Chief Justice of the Volkian Federative Republic is the chief judge of the Federal Supreme Court of Volkia and the head of the Volkian federal judiciary.
The Chief Justice is nominatated by the president of the Volkian Federative Republic and is confirmed by the Federal Council. The Chief Justice must meet the same minimum requirements as an associate justice to be nominated and has a mandatory retirement age of 70.
