Arina Yulianova Kuznetsova (born July 25, 1957) is a Volkian educator and activist who served as the First Lady of the Volkian Federative Republic from 2009 to 2017. She is married to the 19th President of Volkia, Zakhar Kreskov.

Kuznetsova was born in Sychi, Shipayetsk Oblast in 1957 and moved with her family to Koshki, Osinsky Oblast when she was 12 years old. Kuznetsova was introduced to political activism relatively early, joining in protests with her parents during the Blue Revolution at age 13. Kuznetsova would go on to attend Osinsky Federal University, where she met and began dating Kreskov in 1977.
