Kuznetsova was born in Sychi, [[Shipayetsk Oblast]] in 1957 and moved with her family to Koshki, [[Osinsky Oblast]] when she was 12 years old. Kuznetsova was introduced to political activism relatively early, joining in protests with her parents during the [[Blue Revolution]] at age 13. Kuznetsova would go on to attend Osinsky Federal University, where she met and began dating Kreskov in 1977. |

Arina Yulianova Kuznetsova (born July 25, 1957) is a Volkian educator and activist who served as the First Lady of the Volkian Federative Republic from 2009 to 2017. She is married to the 19th President of Volkia, Zakhar Kreskov.
