Louzaria, formerly New Staynes is a Morstaybishlian territory off the continent of Arcturia which consists of two main islands and four minor islands. It is in close maritime proximity to Rodenia, New Puntalia and Nevez Kaltariezh. Louzaria, together with Nevez Kaltariezh, make up the last physical exertion of the Morstaybishlian Empire on Arcturia, once being apart of a unified Morstaybishlian Arcturian colonial presence.
Louzaria has a population of 2.21 million people. Ethnically they are majority Staynish settler, with minority Kaltariz, Ethalrian, Axdelian and Impelanzan. Louzaria is almost exclusively a human population, though small Feline and Vulpine societies live in the capital, Sambursten, which is also the territory's largest city with a population of 450,000 people. When Staynish settlers first settled they called it New Staynes, but the settlements soon became known as Louzaria, after House Louzar, during the first period of Louzar's rule over Morstaybishlia.
Louzaria's countryside consists of moorland and evergreen coniferous forests that include a majority silver fir but also red cedar and both stone and pine trees.
