The Liberal Party (LP; Volkian: Либеральная партия, tr. Liberal'naya partiya) is a major liberal political party in Volkia. It often draws voters from the other leftist parties in Volkia and will typically side with those parties in government.
It is the third largest party in Volkia in terms of membership in 2019. As of August 2022, the party holds six seats in the Federal Council, 26 seats in the Chamber of Deputies; it also holds four governorships and 876 provincial legislature seats.
There have been five liberal presidents, the most recent being Anton Kozintsev who served as the 11th President of Volkia from 1953 to 1961.
