The flag of the Volkian Federative Republic (Volkian: Флаг Волкскийская Федеративная Республика, tr. Flag Volkskiyskaya Federativnaya Respublika) is the national flag of Volkia. It consists of two equal stripes of red along the top and bottom of the flag with a gray stripe through the middle horizontally, each stripe bordered by small black bands which are then separated by two white stripes of equal size, and then defaced by the coat of arms. The flag was first introduced December 5, 1887 after proposals for a new national flag were requested by the Federal Republic Convention in 1887. It was adopted by the Convention March 4, 1888 and became the Volkian Federative Republic's first national flag on August 6, 1888.
