Rupert Lambert Freddie Sinkasa (5 January 1920 - 8 June 2012) was a former Caltharusian politician and former Conservative Prime Minister of Great Morstaybishlia from 1991 to 1996. He served as MP for his home city Kingsfort for his entire political career from 1956 until his retirement in 1996.
In the 1991 general election held on 2 April, the Conservatives gained a plurality of seats in a hung parliament. Sinkasa was appointed Prime Minister on 10 April 1991, on the basis of a coalition between the Conservatives and the Liberal Party. Sinkasa stepped down in March 1996 after nearly five years in the position, marking the first time a prime minister has ever stood down.
