Kystland, sometimes literally translated as Coastland is a Morstaybishlian territory on mainland Gondwana, making up one of six remaining Morstaybishlian administrations on the continent, alongside Joralesia, Dalmaghar, Salisar, Balidar and Saint Matilda. To its north, Kystland has maritime access to the Concordian Ocean and is 18.4 km from the East Isle, Balidar. By land it is entirely surrounded by the Norgsveltian territory of Tangrland to its west and south. Kystland is 3,158.11 km² and has a population of 2,410,220. The Morstaybishlian Census Bureau recorded a population density of 763 people per square kilometer in 2018.
Kystland and Balidar were once administered as one territory, Morstaybishlian North Gondwana, before a war with Norgsveldet and a colonial reshuffle birthed two colonies that neighboured each other. Kystland is settled heavily with Staynish people, and has been a haven for Staynish people moving from other areas of Gondwana. Sectors in which Kystlanders are employed include construction, manufacturing, commerce and agriculture. Compared with other Morstaybishlian Oversea Territories, it's relatively poor.
