Ian Crowcasa (Ian Berowalt Crowcasa; 17 September 1920 - 30 March 1993) was a Morstaybishlian politician, army officer and writer. He was Prime Minister of Great Morstaybishlia from 1961 to 1975. He served as MP for West Celidizia for 28 years and 5 days, from 1954 until 1982. He is known in history as the War Prime Minister. Ideologically an economic liberal and imperialist, for all of his career he was a member of the Conservative Party.
Of mixed Staynish and Xagrurgian parentage, Crowcasa was born in Bursil to a wealthy, aristocratic family. He joined the Morstaybishlian Army in 1938, and saw action in several wars. Along with Walter Johannes, they are the only two Conservative Prime Ministers to serve two full terms.
