Red Crown Economic Union, also known as the RCEU is an economic-political union and defense pact primarily based around democratic leftists and anti-imperialist countries. Which aims to promote cooperation in politics and economics within ideology framework of democratic socialism and social democracy. It was formed in light of the threats of neo-imperialism and exploitation of developing countries; the failures of de-colonizations and the threat of neocolonialism. Though it does not exclude non-left wing democratic nations from joining it, a example being Dvergerland which leans itself to more a right-wing conservative government.
It is an expressly anti-colonial force and any nation that holds colonies in its purview will be automatically rejected. In addition to the anti-colonialism, they require the member states to be an express democracy that are open to observers if requested by any nation. Not just including members of the RCEU.
The RCEU shares a common market and a shared monetary union. The monetary union is an opt-in feature part of the RCEU. Shared currency being called Red Krone. The economic aspect of the RCEU is heavily different from others of its kind. It specifically has several regulations, agreements and provisions to insure it deliberately benefits all parties involved without having the wealth being focused on the larger member state [IE the Federation of the Southern Coast]. Insuring equality of trade among its partners despite the imbalance of economies of scale.
The head counselor of the RCEU is voted in by the council of the union which is chosen by the governments of each member state.
The RCEU defense pact is led by the Federation which is the primary driving force behind it. The Federation is also the largest military spender, contributor and size of the military force. The defense pact hosts various war games, training exercises and joint-intelligence operations.

Committees and Organizations
Committee for Pre-Colonial History, Restoration and Protection
The committee for Pre-Colonial History, Restoration and Protection (PCRP) is a organization under the RCEU which aims to "Promote and protect a native culture member state's country. Specifically the Native and Indigenous peoples culture where applicable." It aims to achieve these aims by providing funds for language schools (both in the particular member state as well in other member states), cultural festivals hosted in member state capitals (if approved by member state) and providing educational resources (such as speakers, online/offline courses and ect) to schools and universities.
The committee headquarters is in Auravas, Uravin and the head of the committee is Erda Klarn.
Organization for Food Security and Agriculture Advancement.
The Organization for Food Security and Agriculture Advancement (FSAA) is organization in the RCEU which provides funding for research ecological safe agriculture, aquaculture and forestry methods and resources. The stated goals being "To provide research funding to organizations and universities for climate change and it's effect on food security. Work with food producers, both industrial and rural to promote for ecologically safe food sources for all member states."
The organization's headquarters is in Zemeprievadai, Šiaulme with the head of the organization being a board made up of member state's representatives.
Council for Scientific Advance and Joint Education Endeavors
Council for Scientific Advance (CSA:JEE) acts as the primary organ of the RCEU for science funding, joint university research programs, student visas and publishing of science journals. The organization is head a rotating board of ten scientists every ten years which also sets the current goal for research objectives and goals. The current set objective, being "Adaption and Preventive Methods for Climate Change." The decision was voted in universal by the council at the founding of the RCEU.
The student visa exchange program is open to all member states and is host in several universities across the RCEU.

Council of Trade
The Council of Trade (CT) is the largest non-militarized organization within the RCEU. Acting as the primary driving force for the trade relations for both member states and non-member states. The CT is made up of two subcommittees which focus on given specialty for their section. Primary existing to solve trading issues that may raise and ensure the mutual benefit between all member states.
The headquarters for the Council of Trade is in Federation, République C.D and is headed by Dr. Bertrand Duchamps.
Subcommittee of Member State Trading
The Subcommittee of Member State Trading focusing on issues raised by member state, primary around trade imbalances or to provide necessary protections for member state industries. While the RCEU is a single market, with a joint monetary union it deems necessary in order to keep the Federation own soft power in check. In order to do this, the subcommittee aims to provide a joint venture capital union to make it easier for less developed countries or small businesses to raise the necessary capital to establish new business or industries. Another method used by the subcommittee is to allow allotment payments to cover losses in native industries if deemed to qualify by the Subcommittee.
The Subcommittee is in charge of harmonizing e-commerce rules, standards and practices; standardize copyright and data protection; Telecommunications services.
Subcommittee of Non-Member State Trading
The Subcommittee of Non-Member State Trading, is the larger of the two subcommittees. The subcommittee actively engages with countries or regional groupings to negotiate trade agreements. The aim of the agreements is to grant mutually-beneficial access to markets of the RCEU and the countries concerned. The Subcommittee works with RCEU companies or state owned agencies to grow their business, increase raw materials imports and value adding products through creation of trade with non-member states. Each agreement is a unique process, concerning tariff reductions, intellectual property rights, sustainable development and clauses on sapient rights. The RCEU receives input from public, businesses, non-government bodies and member state representatives when negotiating trade agreements or establishing rules.
Committee for Art, Media and Culture
Committee for Art, Media and Culture (CAMC or CAM) is the organization designed for hosting each other art works in museums, hosting media in each other theaters, mainstream cultural festivals and providing funding for subtitle translates and dubbing voice actors. The committee is the primary driver for many artwork exchanges or hosting art exhibitions in member state art museums. The committee works with member states' broadcastings and movie studios to provide translated media to local community theaters, streaming services and TV broadcasting. The goal established is stated "To provide a educational and cultural understanding between member state. To uplift all member states though the means of cultural enrichment."
The headquarters of CAMC, is in Ymirland, Kyinster with the head of the committee being Koda Atohi.
Council of Anti-Corruption, Financial Crimes and Smuggling
Council of Anti-Corruption, Financial Crimes and Smuggling (CACFCS) is the RCEU. The council is made up of three subcommittees and the council itself is made up of two representatives of each member state.
