District de la République-Capitale or as it's more commonly referred to as in the international world as République C.D or just as C.D within the Federation. Is the capital and second largest city within the Federation of the Southern Coast, it is home to several important institutions for the country and the Red Crown Economic Union as well a Regional Financial Centre.
The city itself has been renamed several times throughout history, with the final renaming to C.D in 1920. It historical center for trade within the Guilder, having early history of Akuan settlements acting as trade post. Having material coming from the interior of the region flowing out through the port. The city has always been a heavily diverse with species, ethnicities and religion from across the peninsula located with in, in the modern day. The diversity has increased massively, to include tourists and immigrants from across the Urth. The city is home to the Rochefort Street Stock Exchange, [Socialist Financials] as well several other financial institutions and development firms for socialists and developing nations.
The city has been described as a "Concreate Salad Bowl," by NNN due to the massive differencing architectural designs for each city block. Examples being the traditional Akuan wooden buildings being located right next to a different city block of buildings made up in the Ulvriktru neoclassical designs. It is highly rated city for safety with a moderate-to-low score for pleasantness of the residents of the city.
