The Ishindale Bombings was a series of terrorist attacks organized by the Kaldrbuthian Republican Front (KRF) on the 1st May, 2023. It being the deadliest terrorist attack in Concordian history since the Concordian Cold War. The attack was done in the city of Ishindale by the local KRF members there. The attack had been planned by Jakop Ørnlagrer, in an attempt of eradicating aristocratic and religious control in the city in larger organized attempt to start civil war in Kaldrbuth. The KRF had placed military grade explosives on several government owned buildings and religious structures including a child daycare center. Completely destroying the Ishindale Council building, the Ishindale Temple and Frida daycare center.
The bombings having killed 211 people, 51 of which were children, with 898 having been seriously injured, 3,812 having been injured and 6,215 being affected by the blast. After an investigation launched by the Kaldrbuthian Intelligence Service (KIS), the perpetrators were quickly found out within a week to be hiding in an abandoned building in the city. Which led to a shootout between the KRF members and the KIS. After the shootout it was found out after an interrogation of the KRF member of Eni Elidatur that the organization had been planning on overthrowing the monarchy. With attempted bombings all over the country having been stopped by the KIS and the Kaldrbuthian police before it could be realized. Including the attempted bombings of the Norgsveltian and Federation embassies in Hrafnheimr.
The KRF had stated through several different social media platforms that they will continue their militant activities until the Vinter Dynasty has been overthrown and a secular republic has been established to replace it. Claiming that “the old aristocratic way of rulership must end and a new era of modernity must be established”. Joint investigations done by the KIS, NCIS and LFIS has found that the KRF was able to gather military grade explosives through contacts they had with East Atlalandian military, which was revealed to the public on the 1st of June. Though the East Atlalandian government has rejected any involvement with the bombings. On the 8th of June the Kaldrbuthian Queen, Astrid XI, announced to the public of further crackdowns against KRF activity.

NCEF
The North Concordian Parliament held its first ever parliamentary session about the attacks on the 2nd of May, in which the overwhelming majority of parliamentarians voted in favor of condemning the attacks. With only 44 abstains and 9 nays standing out of the 800 members. Soon after the North Concordian Council created a resolution that placed the KRF as an designated terrorist organization, in which an arrest order is placed on any members of the organization. Which include financial restriction on any nation or organizations providing support to the KRF.
Council President, Mæra Saradatur, stated in a press conference that the NCEF will work tirelessly to support Kaldrbuth in these trying times. Including urging the international community to condemn the vile acts of the KRF, stating that: “No matter one's politics, these actions cannot be left unpunished. I urge everyone to place severe financial restrictions on any nation that is found supporting the KRF”.
Nisserige
The bombings and the KRF were denounced by the Nisser Parliament directly following the attacks. Chancellor Wendel Peters also condemned the KRF and stated his willingness to provide "immediate humanitarian assistance to those affected by the bombings" as well as other forms of foreign aid.
South Hills
Shortly after the bombings occurred, President Minerva Todd condemned the attacks as "a cowardly attempt to shatter the continent-wide peace." She went on to offer sapientarian aid to assist in recovery efforts.
A few days following the attack, the South Hills legislature voted to approve a motion to join the NCEF in designating the KRF as a domestic terrorist organization, placing the group and its known members on a watchlist. The motion also commits towards increased domestic intelligence-sharing with Norgsveldet, Kaldrbuth and Nisserige.
Red Crown Economic Union
The council of the RCEU held an emergency session, denouncing and condemning the attacks committed by the KRF. Designating Kaldrbuthian Republican Front as a domestic terrorist organization, placing its members onto the watchlist. Additionally placing restrictions on financial sanctions on organizations that provides services to the KRF. Providing a open invitation for Kaldrbuth for sapient assistance and financial aid.
The Federation
Federal Prime Minister Jeanne Pierre of the Federation of the Southern Coast Lapérouse held a moment of silence for the victims and held a small speech reaffirming the cultural kinship the two nations hold. With a commitment to increase security and intelligence-sharing operations between the Federation and Kaldrbuth. The Hjørdist Gustafism branch head, Arch-Gothir, Gaëtane III of house Jaubert-Frida personally took a visit to the country, the first time the Arch-Gothir has ever left the country since the founding of the Federation. The Arch-Gothir met with Queen Astrid XI in private and held a service in the capital, Hrafnheimr. Later on, meeting the Crown Princess Astrid and held a memorial service in Ishindale.
New Leganes
The Cooperative Commonwealth's Prime Minister, Areuína Karnéias, condemned the attack in the following terms: "Our Commonwealth is, to our sorrow, well aware of the global risks of terrorism. The National Government is deeply saddened by what will become the deadliest attack of the Concordian continent, and will offer any sapiential aid and intelligence sharing needed by our Kaldrbuth fellows. Additionally, KRF members will be watchlisted. There will be no peace on this planet until terrorism has vanished at last from it." A moment of silence was also held in the Commonwealth Senate.
