Arzhel Gwenc’hlan Dillow (born 5 August 1939) is a former Valerian politician and former Podite Prime Minister of Great Morstaybishlia from 1996 to 1998. Serving various cabinet positions under Rupert Sinkasa and Aveline Tharen, he has also served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Glaver and Humpare since the 1975 general election. He is one of the last MPs elected in or before the Auroran Imperial War.
Since his premiership, Dillow has exerted only a small role to politics, being a backbencher since 1998.
