The Rotantic Diet is a intergovernmental organization founded by Ymirland, Nystatiszna, Kuovälsna, Syrtænzna and Lapliszna in 2021 after the spending more than two decades to get have Nys'tat'en has a official language in the Rotantic Congress. The organization aims to achieve similar environment ends as does the Rotantic Congress but has looser requirements to join legislator body. Members of the organization must have territory in the Rotantic or for nations that want to join the legislating body but lack territory in the Rotantic can pay into the organization to help fund Rotantic Diet's endeavors. Like the Rotantic Congress, members who lack territory claims in the Rotantic but also don't want to assist in funding the organization are allowed to join as observers with similar status to the Rotantic Congress. Members who are in the Rotantic Congress but also want to join the Rotantic Diet has to pay into the organization's fund.
The Diet meets least four times a year, but unlike the Congress, meetings are static and held at Kyinster, Ymirland. Sessions within the diet consist of meetings between ministers from governments taking part of issues within the Rotantic and deciding what environmental projects to fund from the Diet's budget. The executive council meetings consist of the heads of governments of the full member states, to better coordinate environmental solutions. The organization has only one official language of Nys'tat'en but has made it clear, that all documents and laws will be written in every member's native language and is open to including more official languages if needed.
The Diet like the Rotantic Congress conducts various studies and surveys of the Rotantic but unlike the congress, funds projects to assist with the protection and furtherance of the Rotantic environment.
Projects
Wildlife Habitat Restoration
The Diet first, and currently only project is to provide resources and knowledge to member organizations to repair or restore wildlife habitats. The main focus of the habitat restoration program is marine habitats along member's coasts but also includes surface habitats as well. Depending on member nations to provide the necessary protection for the habitats themselves. The Restoration project also assists with species reintroduction and researching into the habitats.
