She served under Federal Prime Minister of Lapérouse Judith Ardouin as Minister of Children, Elderly and Families from 2014 to 2018 to some controversy. She has been a member of the People's Federal Royal Parliament since 2012. She is the first ethnically Akuan FPM, though Pierre defines herself as a cultural/secular Akuanist rather than religious one. Making her the second FPM, that was generally considered to be considered to be non-atheist and the first FPM to be considered special needs due to Duval Syndrome. Duval Syndrome being a hereditary medical condition that causes one to maintain a angry expression and tone of voice.

Jeanne was born in Keratila, Dragefjord and was later adopted by family in Heransby, Dragefjord. She served in the Socialist Self Defense Forces while attending University in Dragefjord, servicing a six year contract from 2010 to 2016. Which included the time she spent as minister for Children, Elderly and Families, where she left in the middle of a cabinet meeting to join her brigade during a civil unrest event in Dragefjord in 2013. It being one of her first public events of notoriety, with members of the media, both online and traditional citing her as a 'true' person of action to where the technocrats in office fail to be. She once again was caught in public eye, after she was spotted bring out a cooler full of water bottles to the royal guards during a visit from Olav I to the parliament in the heat wave of 2014. Jeanne defeated incumbent prime minister Judith Ardouin in the 2018 Redress Election. Pierre being the youngest prime minister to be sworn in, and the first Agnostic but culturally Akuanist.

Her adoptive mother, Anette was a Akuanist farmer and her father Snri, is a Duarist who was a veteran of the Federal Military and was apart of the marines, losing the use of his legs in the service. Notably, both of her parents was of different ethnicity, species and faith from each other. In addition, the overall faith and demographics Dragefjord being different from what she grew up in.

Jeanne was placed into special needs education due to her poor language and social skills in her early education years. She met her future wife Aurélia early on in life during her schooling, with pictures of them as children being leaked to the press of them sitting next to each other at recess and at free period. They became romantically involved in middle school, and married soon after they both graduated from high school.

In a 2017 interview, Pierre spoke about her family describing them as a micro-International Forum. Having a heavily diversified family, with all of her family members being of different species, ethnicities and even faith than each other. Going on to detail, about how at the dining table it felt like every part of the Federation was represented, taking a seat and having meal together. Her father, Snri is a Duarist Tiefling, her mother being a kemonomimi Akuanist, oldest brother Gaston a Orc Akronist, older brother Kjartan a Norgsveltian-Elf Ulvriktru and Tor a Ursine atheist. In her interview, she expressed they was very loving and accepting of each other despite being so different. She was the youngest child and the youngest one the family have adopted. In 2010, she married her childhood sweetheart, Aurélia. They moved to Keratila, Dragefjord to attend university together, and Jeanne signed up to the Socialist Self Defense Forces on a six year contract from 2010 to 2016 initially being assigned as a Sapient Resources and Morale Specialist due to her ethnic background as a Akuanist, later being reassigned as infantry after winning a discrimination case against the SSDF.

According to a investigation by Red Dove into her biological family, while many of the legal records have been sealed away due to Children Privy Act. The Investigation was able to uncover the name of the biological parents but wasn't allowed to publish their names for the legal reasons. Education

Jeanne and Aurélia both attend the regional level university of Dragefjord, where Jeanne achieved bachelor in Sociology. She received few scholarships for her university, however she stilled opted to perform the labor segment of her degree through the SSDF. She volunteered in Peninsula United and as a staffer for Dragefjordian Petite Prime Minister Kari Bratvold. She has commented that Peninsula United helped further her political career, more than being a staffer had and gave her a more hands-on learning experience with politicking.

Military and Discrimination

Jeanne joined the SSDF in 2010, passing the Military Vocational Aptitude Test (MVAT) with average scores. However due her Akuan ethnicity she was considered to be ineligible for combat roles despite her insistence otherwise. While serving in the SSDF, she made frequent attempts to change her job within the military and kept insisting she was not a absolutist non-violent like most Akuanists are and believed in self-defense of the state. Despite this, she was repeatedly denied transfer to infantry. After filing a lawsuit with help of a Akuan Veterans group, she filed a discrimination lawsuit against the SSDF in 2011, the court case ending in 2012. The defense making the argument that soldiers in combat roles wouldn't trust a ethnically Akuanist in their unit, pointing at various stereotypes that soldiers in combat roles tended to believe about Akuanist however the court ruled in favor of Jeanne and issuing a fine to the SSDF. After which, she was assigned to infantry role. In a later interview in 2017, she said enjoyed her service however when she transferred to infantry she was often bullied for having Duval Syndrome, and being an Akuanist in the infantry.

Being transferred into the infantry, she was primary assigned to the rear guard away from direct danger during civil unrest events. Often in guard duty around the hospital or emergency centers during such events, with Jeanne suggesting in a later interview and later confirmed by a SSDF general. That she was assigned there due to the stereotype of Akuanists being naturally comforting and kind hearted, believing that Jeanne would transfer again into a nurse role rather than staying in the infantry aftering seeing it. She didn't transfer and kept her role in the infantry, despite bullying. Throughout her several complains and reports of being bullied, only three out of fifteen of the recorded events was acted on. Jeanne stating in a interview, she wasn't sure how many reports she filed but she knew at some of them 'got lost' in transition to SR.
