Peninsula United (Frakanic: Péninsule Unie) is a political pressure organization founded in 1942 in Batkong in the Federation of the Southern Coast of Lapérouse, that wishes to reunited the Lapérouse peninsula under the Queendom of Lapérouse. It is the largest organization for the Reunification of Lapérouse and the third oldest one. Unlike other organizations that wish to bring back the Queendom of Lapérouse, it doesn't express a particular political platform or angle rather it focus on restoring the Queendom's borders and return to the pan-nationalist identity of Lapérousian. Unlike other Lapérousian identity groups, Peninsula United focus on recontextualizing and changing Lapérousian as a identity to be broader, more accepting concept. The organization is banned in Vistaraland, as well the organization frequently report of harassment by domestic intelligence and security services by other nations that it operates in. PU operates in the Federation, parts of Alva, Eyjaria, Pledonia and Nakosa.

Peninsula United rejects using militant means of unifying the peninsula and promotes that uniting the country should be through peaceful means. Through its various programs and political pressure that the organization promotes aims to unify the Queendom of Lapérouse, through economic, culture and politically. Examples of political pressure the organization pushed for was the Together Lapérouse! and influence with the Sauvageon Renewed political party in the Federation of the Southern Coast of Lapérouse. Famously FPM Jeanne Pierre is a open member of Peninsula United, and is the highest ranking political official in the history of the organization. Previously, PU members has only ever reached regional political positions in the Federation and [X] position in other nations.

Programs

New Dish, Same Peninsula

The New Dish, Same Peninsula is a program held by the organization to share the different cultural and ethnic dishes hosted on every 8th of January. The program primary uses food trucks or pop-up kitchen, the organization subsidies the price of food to keep the price of the food down.

Lapérouse United Scholarship Fund

The Lapérouse United Scholarship Fund is a university scholarship fund provided by the organization. The scholarship can be used for any purpose deem worthy by the student, including life expenses, food or entertainment. The only requirement for the students is to attend a one hour long lecture on the weekends. The lectures provide food after the class and coffee before the lecture starts.

LapUni!

LapUni! is a student club sponsored by the organization and has close relations to Lapérouse United Scholarship Fund. The student club provides multicultural dishes, regularly hosts game nights, sports tournaments and other student life events. The club makes up the bulk of the student members in the organization. The club plays a heavy focus on community service, multiculturalism, learning of different languages other than native language and the alternative view of history promoted by the organization.

Landlock.com.FCS

Landlock.com is Peninsula United's website for young adults who are either still in college or first joining the work force. The website features articles, blogs, 5-minute cooking recipes from across the peninsula, career advice and podcast. The website also features student-made videos primary made by members in LapUni! and full-length movies produced by the organization proper.

BonjourHei.com.FCS

BonjourHei.com is a website for individuals learning a different language that is spoken on the peninsula. The website features a variety of short stories in the different languages, often the short stories are promoting the ideals set out by the organization and has a news blog to go with the website. The news often features stories of multicultural and multilingualism as a center point of the article, often featuring smaller stories that do not get covered as much by larger publications.

Radio Broadcasting

Peninsula United has been using radio broadcasting since the 1920s, originally targeting a more broad audience than it is currently. In the 1920s it features a wide variety of music made across the peninsula, original and adapted radio dramas. In the modern day, the radio broadcasting shifted focus away from a broad audience to separating into two different radio stations, one for music purely and still has a broad audience. The second one being targeted towards retirees and older members of society which features radio dramas, news and other material.
