Ian Crowcasa (Ian Berowalt Crowcasa; 17 September 1920 - 30 March 1993) was a Morstaybishlian politician, army officer and writer. He was Prime Minister of Great Morstaybishlia from 1962 to 1975. He served as MP for West Celidizia for 28 years and 5 days, from 1954 until 1982. He is known in history as the War Prime Minister. Ideologically an economic liberal and imperialist, for all of his career he was a member of the Conservative Party.
Of mixed Staynish and Xagrurgian parentage, Crowcasa was born in Bursil to a wealthy, aristocratic family. He joined the Morstaybishlian Army in 1938, and saw action in several wars.
