Alton Franklin Kresjarl (20 January 1877 - 4 April 1934) was a Kaltariz statesman and revolutionary, becoming the second Prime Minister of Great Morstaybishlia from 1924 to 1926, and the first Kaltariz politician to hold office. He founded the Liberal Party and later led the first Liberal government into power. He worked closely with Orson Klarass in the Morstaybishlian Revolution, forcing Thadeus II to sign the Great Charter of the Liberties in 1917.
