Tipene Rahua is an Oan politician who is currently the Director of the Oan Intelligence Bureau. He previously served as the Oan ambassador to the now-disbanded Auroran Continental Assembly and its successor, the United Nations of the Auroran Continent. He was defeated in the UNAC Commission Presidential election by Lara Tarasovna from Tuvaltastan.

He was born on 6 August 1970 CE in Anapa, where he was raised. He studied mathematics and physics at the University of Anapa and worked as an analyst for the Oan Statistical Bureau. After years in the public service, he was appointed Ambassador to the UNAC. He delivered the Oan proposal calling for war on Ethalria in 2017 following the assassination of the Duke of Horkalo, Prince Thadeus, prior to the Auroran-Pacific War. He is regarded as an Oan nationalist, strategic interventionist and military adventurist - in keeping with Oan political elites. He is a devout Mauist.

He is married to Alexander Bishops from Staynes and they have a daughter together, Aroha-Leigh Rahua-Bishops. Analysts and colleagues describe him as hardworking, a ruthless and meticulous political operator.
