The Thomarian is a cancelled long-term roleplay that started in 2023, documenting the events of Viktoria Melnyk since her arrest in 2022 in connection with the 2012 Thomarian Uprising. It follows a growing seperatist revolt in Cappedore that only grows larger, one that has been brewing since its very foundation.

From 2 June 2023, it will cover the geopolitical climate in Cappedore through the 2023 general election and henceforth afterwards.

Key characters (so far)

Viktoria Melnyk - a former Thomarian secessionist who was captured by the Cappedorite government to find down and detain those who organised the uprising alongside her. In October 2022, after refusing an attempt to force her to work for the government again, she was arrested and placed under Cappedorite custody.

Galen Lloyd - an at-large Thomarian secessionist who went missing in December 2021, known for being the main leader of the 2012 uprising. It is believed he is organising a final revolt, but not on behalf of Thomaria.

Maya Murray - the Chancellor of Cappedore and a native Thomarian, who promises Melnyk her freedom if she complies.

Ruslan Kovalenko - An active Thomarian secessionist working for one remnant of the fallen Thomarian Liberation Army. The Cappedorite government is working to hunt down and destroy these final remnants.

Summary

In October 2022, Viktoria Melnyk (under the alias "Darla Banner" at the time) is tracked down and arrested by the Cappedorite government. She is taken to Absolution, and is granted a presidential pardon through the judiciary, only on the condition that she assists the government in tracking down and detaining Galen Lloyd.

Prologue

On 18 April 2023, Chancellor Maya Murray hosts a press conference in which she announces a reward of 100,000 Cappedorite staters for any verified information on the whereabouts of Galen Lloyd.
