Viktoria Yana Melnyk (born 17 May 1988) is a convicted Thomarian revolutionary who was convicted for her involvement in the execution and organisation of the 2012 Thomarian Uprising, alongside her father Maxim Melnyk. In October 2021, her whereabouts were discovered in Nibenia, Crystal Coast, and she was arrested. Although being criminally charged under the Supreme Court of Cappedore, Melnyk was issued a presidential pardon in November 2021 when the Cappedorite government chose to employ her as a mercenary unit to hunt down Galen Lloyd, who has since been declared missing and is wanted by the government. After Viktoria fell off the grid, they hunted her down again in October 2022 and arrested her, keeping her under custody.
