Galen Walter Lloyd (born 1 October 1959) is a Thomarian secessionist, wanted for detaining by the Cappedorite government. He is known to be responsible for acts of treason and murder during the Thomarian Troubles. He is also suspected of being the main organizer of the 2012 Thomarian Uprising, and authorities are led to suspect that he may have been behind the assassination attempt on Maya Murray.
On 9 December 2021, Lloyd disappeared from his suspected hiding place in Grodu, Crystal Coast.
