State of Morstaybishlia
The State of Morstaybishlia, or 'New Morstaybishlia' as called by the Staynish people, was a self declared nation run by a militant resistance group that took control of Fort Staynes and the coastal towns of Horkalo from August 2003 to September 2005. It began after uproar surged from the City Mayor election, which resulted in High-King Lambertus VII's psychotic fourth cousin, Yarro Vondeler Peekio being elected. The leadership changed 4 times, from Abjazl Lecrane, Herdio Washik, Georgio Vermana and finally Zercrod Furista the Hated, with Zecrod Furista in power for 13 months. The State gained international recognition from Axdel in January 2005, followed by Emberwood Coast and Bai Lung in May 2005. subsequent to a security breach which lost the States royal hostages; a key method of survival, the State fell into civil unrest and within a month the people of the State took back control, and fell back into the hands of Staynes.

Zecrod Furista
Zecrod Furista was born on the 2nd January 1950 in the small isolated Town of Horilan west of Fort Staynes. He grew up motherless and with a military veteran as a father. It's reported that he left home at 13 and slept rough for the remainder of his childhood. He made his way up the political ladder after working and living in the backroom of a Bakery for almost a decade. He eventually became mayor of Horilan for 5 years in 1989 to 1994, where he left office and became manager at the same Bakery that succeeded him to his adulthood. He moved to Fort Staynes in 2000 to seek a better life, enlisted in the Fort Staynes Royal City Defence Regiment (FSRCDR) in December 2002, where he crept up the ladder again, serving as an Officer into the new State of Morstaybishlia. He progressed to General of the States' military force, which was rather small and in 2004 took over the Ethnarch as a result of the death of the former Ethnarch, Georgio Vermana. He gained national and somewhat international reputation after he killed the Kings first cousin and the previous Town Mayor and fourth cousin to the King, Yarro Vondeler Peekio, who'd been thrown in the highest security prison for treason. He then went on to gain his title "The Hated" following the King's speech in 2006. It is widely believed that Zercrod Furista went into exile somewhere in Yasteria, the exact whereabouts is unknown.
