The Queendom of Lapérouse was a successor state to the ancient Ulvrikian Empire (600B.C.-550A.D.). It is generally accepted by historians out of all the Ulvrikian Empire held the strongest position as a successor state despite its extremist policies. During the post-collapse of the Empire, the Queendom secured numerous historical, cultural and religious artifacts from the empire; Directly assisted Nori with the compiling the Sagas and enforced its widespread adoption; as being the most unified and organized out of the successor states. The legitimacy of the Queendom as the successor has always been a matter of borderline violent debate since its existence for numerous factors. With the case several Ulvrikian historians reject the belief that Lapérousian culture is Ulvrikian culture outright.

Lapérouse at its peak expanded it rule over majority of the Lapérouse peninsula, parts of Eyjaria, islands belonging to modern day Blaskog and other parts of East Borea. Though some historians consider parts of Concord during the Sauvageon Wars to be part queendom due to the newform states extreme dependence on the Queendom. Generally throughout its history, the Queendom has been stable, with large civil wars being rare, peasant uprisings being less common in comparison to other states during the period and having a single royal family throughout its long history. When civil wars did happen, they tended to be bloodied affairs and it was generally believed by historians most civil wars never targeted members of the royal families rather targeted other noble families that the royal family sided with.

Source of the stability of the Queendom was due to the centralized nature adopted and improved from the policies of the Ulvrikian Empire. Reinforced being settled by, at the time (515 A.D.) puritan-style form of pre-Nori Ulvriktru. Which was heavily enforced by the clergy and more directly the Fylkir-Queen. The royal family, the Frida Dynasty of the Queendom, is considered by Imperial Ulvriktru to be the only family to be appointed by the Gods though this impact post-Sauvageon Wars have been curtailed outside of the most fundamental believers. Thus believing the Queen’s word would be always guided by the Gods directly. The Queendom ability to maintain its bureaucracy partly from the clergy which the Queen was the head of, and use of Duarist and Akuan minorities. Another aspect of their centralization was the use of family-tied but well trained married assigned-homosexual viceroys for not only jarldoms but towards ethnic groups to ease tensions and maintain the Queen’s laws. Another aspect of stability was the semi-meritocratic nature of nobility. Peasants could rise to the rank of a noble and a noble could fall as low as a thrall. It was believed that any Kemonomimi Ulvriktruar woman could rise above their station by providing a service to the Queendom or performing a great deed. Meanwhile nobles believed that they had to earn their position at all times, and it was viewed they had better position at birth thus a great deed or service performed by a peasant would be viewed as the bare minimum. Meaning nobility in order to maintain their status had to perform deeds or provide service to the Crown worthy of their status or risk being replaced by either a lesser noble or a peasant.

The Queendom first six centuries was a period of unprecedented expansionism and prosperity, only ending during the Lapérouse-Alvan war or the Two Hundred and Seventeen Years’ War in 1128 and ending 1345. While it was stable, it was forced to halt its aggressive expansionism to conquer the rest of the peninsula and focus on countering the Alvan Empire. After the war, the Queendom focused more on external-peninsula affairs, namely enforcing the adoption of the Sagas in the Ulvriktru world, and assisting in the creation of several Ulvriktru states. While the adoption of the Saga was accepted, albeit at blade point, cultural aspects taken from Imperial Ulvriktru was limited and the matriarchal customs more or less didn’t make the transition to outside the peninsula with the exception of Kaldrbuth. Frakanic was formal court language for numerous Ulvrikian Concordian nations, until the Sauvageon Wars established Norgsveltian cultural domination and became the de-facto cultural head of the Ulvrikian-Concordian world.

Arguably the most significant of these external-peninsula endeavors was assisting with establishing, and defending the newly created personal union state between Riksheim and Novreheim, later known as Norgsveldet in 1584. The purpose of the defense was partly due to the quick acceptance of the Nori’s Sagas and majority to do with weakening Atlalandr hold on the continent. Along with assisting with Kaldrbuth, the defense of the new realm of Norgsveldet against Atlalandr realm. Norgsveldet later became a rival to Lapérouse domination in the Ulvrikian-Concordian speaking world, finally coming to blows during the Sauvageon Wars and establish the Norgsveltian-Lapérousian personal union as well establishing Norgsveldet as the cultural head.

The Queendom ended in 1920 after 1,370 years of existing, being dissolved into Federation of the Southern Coast of Lapérouse and Frilandais with the end of the Unification War with a majority vote in parliament.

The Queendom’s size, stubborn refusal to end and wealth; its institutions, culture and religious structure had a lasting influence in numerous developments in Concord, the Lapérouse peninsula and the Ulvrikian culture as a whole. The Queendom’s legacy for protection of cultural, religious and historical artifacts from the Empire, the assistance and later enforcement of Nori’s Sagas as well assisting in establishing and/or protecting several long-lasting Ulvrikian states has result in a heavily mythologized view of the Queendom of Lapérouse. The Lapérousian architecture had a massive impact in Ulvrikian architecture, Gothiric architecture being reimaged into Neo-Gothic designs of the 1970s-1990s. Much of the sciences and technology used originally discovered by the Ulvikrik Empire and by the Akuan realms were preserved by the Queendom, where they were lost in the Concordian-Ulvrikian states.

Arguments over the Queendom's status as a monoculture or multicultural has been on going in historical review since the 1890s. Arguments for monoculture state the point towards the Queendom extremist religious enforcement policies, the kemonomimi supremacy and enforcement of a Lapérousian. In the cases of religious and cultural minorities, it was done out political necessities and outside of the Sinhadranhists it was limited to people of the Sagas IE Duarist and Akuanists. While those who argue that Lapérousian culture was always multicultural, while religious puritan beliefs and Kemonomimi supremacy was the rule. The Queendom was plentiful in terms of ethnic groups regardless albeit majority of them being Ulvriktru Kemonomimi, people of the Sagas was allowed unparalleled rights and while they couldn't reach noble ranks of Jarlnja, they was given protections and treated the same as any other Lapérousian would be. However both sides of the argument, agree that the Queendom constructed numerous public monuments, communal spaces and infrastructure to establish sense of Lapérousness in the population. Through the reasoning about it heavily is debated between the two sides.

Lapérousian society social-political hierarchy was far more malleable than other contemporary societies provided the person was born a woman. If one was a Ulvriktru Kemonomimi woman, then it was possible from a lowly thrall to raise to the ranks to become a Jarlnja and then their children to fall down the ranks just as quickly. Thrall that could earn significant amount of wealth, could easily become freed by their owner due to the perception that the thrall has, for the lack of a better word seize their freedom and proved their value in society to be higher. Meanwhile a noble who has earned the same amount of wealth as the thrall would be seen lesser and could easily lose their noble titles or standing as it was seen they failing/acting more as a peasant than a noble by earn that.
