The Righteous States of Ver and K'oh, often referred to simply as the Nelic States, were a loosely-associated collection of theocratic nations under a larger elected diarchy located in much of southeastern Aurora. Previously represented under the Salovian Boliari but now without a form of government, the people of southern Salovia allowed the Diarchy to became the de facto (and later de jure under the Nelic Declaration of 999) ruling authority upon the collapse of the Salovian monarchy in 992. The Nelic States were eventually re-absorbed into the Salovian Monarchy under the Grand Reconquest in 1036.
