The Morstaybishlian Cerenerian Territories (commonly abbreviated to MCT), also known as Morst Cereneria is a collection of islands and formerly three seperate colonies of the Morstaybishlian Empire that consolidated into one oversea territory of Morstaybishlia following colonial reforms in 1981. These colonies were the Kohanga Tohorā Islands, the Morstaybishlian Oan Isles and Nevez Rouanezkador. The territory comprises 2.3 million people over 13,051 km².
Kaltariezh explorers discovered four islands sparsely inhabited by the native Waituhi peoples in 1451 and incorporated them in an expanding Kaltarimpalaeriezh by 1463. This became one of the first Morstaybishlian colonies when Staynes and Kaltariezh united in 1515. The Kohanga Tohorā Islands were purchased in 1802 and the Morstaybishlian Oan Isles were conquered from the the Oan Isles in the Morsto-Oan War, which resulted in the displacement, enslavement and murder of hundreds of thousands of Oan people.
Today the islands are highly diverse, with Staynish and Kaltariz settlers, and native Oan people living together. The islands are mountainous and volcanic, with rain forests covering over sixty percent of the land despite nearly two centuries of deforestation. Thaerism and its Oan counterpart Mauism is practiced by over seventy percent of the population.
There has been consistent movement for action away from Morstaybishlia since the 1970s, with both full independence and or integration into the Oan Isles discussed. Morstaybishlian politicians have been tentative to support these ideas despite it being a contentious issue with the Oan government, due to the presence of a nuclear submarine base within the Nevez Rouanezkador region.
