The Lord's Hall (Kaltariz: Ti ar Aotrouez, literally Hall of Lords), more commonly known as the Lords or the Aotrouez is the upper chamber of the Samming of Great Morstaybishlia.

The Samming was formed in 1520 and was the permanent opponent of royal power, replacing the Staynish Lordsmoot and Kaltariz Kuzul Aotrouez. It was the unicameral legislature where representatives of earls and thanes deliberated, and existed in this form until the end of the Great War, where Orson Klarass's revolution forced King Thadeus II to sign the Great Charter of the Liberties. The Charter introduced the Kalmington system, something that Lord Kalmington had attempted to introduce in Morstaybishlia in the 19th century: it split the Samming into two chambers, creating the Lord's Hall and Folk's Hall, the upper and lower chambers respectively.

The Lord's Hall officially came into being in 1917 and adopted most of the principles of the old Samming. 800 seats were created and split specifically: 500 are held by hereditary earls and thanes, 250 held by members appointed for life and 50 by Thaerist representatives. A member is known as a Lordspart (LP), or a Lord for short, this is irrespective of gender. All sitting members in the Lord's Hall are non-partisan by law.

High Elderthane Verlhanz Rothgerus reformed the Lord's Hall by the Life Peerages Act 2002 and the Peerage Act 2003, which allowed for women and non-humans the right to sit and vote in the chamber, and enabled Lords to disclaim their atriages in order to stand for election in the Folk's Hall. Today, there are 77 females, and 41 non-humans; 30 are elf and 11 are cava.
