Early life
Franklin Victor Barvata was born in Lambertupol in 1968 to mother Catherine Boneva and father Victor Berowalt Barvata. He studied politics and international relations in the Lambertupol University. He became the Labour MP for Cavenstelm in 1991 until 1999 where he became MP for West Lambertupol. He lost his position in the 2005 General Election when Walter Johannes was elected Prime Minister, but remained in the Labour Party as the Shadow Minister of Health until 2012 when he became the MP for Lambertupol again. In 2017 he became the Leader of the Conservative Party. He criticised Johannes in early 2019 for his decision making and went on to win the 2019 General Election with Labour winning a 380 seat majority.
