Fischan Rhye (Fischan Belerat Rhye; born 30 December 1939) is a Morstaybishlian Conservative politician who served as MP for Karavale, Celidizia from the 1982 General Election to the 2005 General Election and later Council Representative of the United Nations of the Auroran Continent since 2017. Through his political career, Rhye held several cabinet and shadow cabinet positions; when he departed the House of Representatives he was a formal advisor to the incumbent Secretary of State for Defence Nickolas Frost from 2010 to 2017.
Fischan Rhye was born in the small village of Ferral at the foothills of the Zycannes. He left home at 18 to study Sociology at the University of Stasphia and moved to Celidizia where he became a Lawyer for a small law firm Goldunks LLP. His career was halted in 1970 where he was conscribed into the RAFOTE on the outbreak of the Auroran Imperial War. During the war he was the driver of a Khadgar MBT and saw battle in Merisfields, near Aurus, and later in the battle of Fort Nocturne.
During the post-war recession, Rhye became a public speaker for other war veterans and later joined the Conservative Party in 1979. He campaigned for better treatment for war veterans.
