Audelli Group (Ethalrian: Audelli Gruppe) is an North Ethalrian multinational automotive manufacturing company headquartered in Karinthus, Vothetria, registered in Blueacia and indirectly majority owned by Blueacian billionaire Dennis Rondeau. It designs, manufactures and distributes passenger and commercial vehicles, motorcycles, engines, and turbomachinery and offers related services including financing, leasing and fleet management. It has maintained the largest market share in Aurora for over three decades. Audelli Group sells passenger cars under the Audelli, Spiiker, Prazeno, Razini Ranessa and Royal Redrugus marques; light commercial vehicles under the Audelli Commercial Vehicles brand; motorcycles under the Motorfyts Ûndernimming brand; and heavy commercial vehicles via the marques of listed subsidiary —, —, and —. It is divided into two primary divisions, the Automotive Division and the Financial Services Division, and as of 2014 had approximately 337 subsidiary companies. Audelli also has two major joint-ventures in Great Morstaybishlia, Tavaris and Packilvania. The company has operations in approximately 143 countries and operates 93 production facilities across 24 countries.
