Alyona Petrovavich, born 6 August 1984 as Alyona Petrovavichidze, is the current Chancellor of the Tuvaltastan. Previously, she had served as a representative for the Akhlos P'reria province in the Tuvalt Zedakhli. Born a year prior to the start of the Salovian Civil War, most of her early life had been spent in exile in the Ethalrian Republic, where she would observe the war at a distance. In 2002, she would return to southern Salovia (soon to be Tuvaltastan) to join the Tuva-Altai Coalition (TAC), and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the commander of the North Nilovi region (home to the TAC capital Akhalibisi), leading a series of defensive operations that would prove vital to the survival of the Coalition. Upon independence, she would be elected to become the first representative of Akhlos P'reria, serving under Chancellor Victor Victrovavich.

From 2015 to 2016, after a concerning number of border skirmishes occurred along the Tuvalt and Kostrom borders among civilians primarily along the Khermali River, a series of policies headed by Petrovavich were implemented to prevent further disturbances. These efforts have dissuaded further skirmishes from happening, with the last one occurring on 18 October, 2016.

Starting a month after her election to the Chancellery, a five-year effort to take control of the Avutili Archipelago began. Previously a region of Salovia, the islands would quietly become independent during the chaos of the Civil War. Seen as a justified retaking of territory controlled by radical separatists, the Zedakhli approved the military effort, and would result in a shaky reintegration into Tuvaltastan.

As a consequence of rising tensions on the continent resulted in the Auroran Split, a political exit from the Auroran Continental Assembly over questions on its jurisdiction and whether its institutions were effective. Those who left the ACA, among those being Tuvaltastan, would join a newly-created organization spearheaded by the Oan Isles, the Auroran Union, which later show to be short-lived and a political effort to expand the influence of the Oan Isles. At a similar time, the Ethalrian Matriarchy and the Ethalrian Republic would instigate the Aurora-Pacific War, with Tuvaltastan taking a strictly neutral stance, Petrovavich stating "Enough Tuvalt blood has been spilled in the past few years. I won't sacrifice the blood of my people to fight someone I do not see as an enemy." At the conclusion of the APW, the UNAC would be formed, with Petrovavich being one of the ratifying members.

Following the chaos of being on the losing side of the APW, Kostromastan would fall into political turmoil, with the nation splitting into three major factions: the Nationalist Socialist Union of Volova, the Volovan People's Revolutionary Army, and those loyal to the previous Confederation system of government. Petrovavich would reach out to all opposing parties in an attempt to keep the peace and avoid war, and in the process she would come to an agreement with the leaders of the Tula and Astra provinces of Kostromastan, effectively absorbing the provinces into Tuvaltastan.
