The Union Territory of the Avtovati Isles (known as the Tavari East Cerenerian Isles until 1 May 2023) are an island chain in the eastern Pacific Ocean, between the continents of Gondwana and Aurora. The islands lie roughly between the Tropic of Makara and 30°S, east of the meridian at 160°W. The islands were first settled in 1655 in a venture funded primarily by the Church of Akrona but also endorsed by the Tavari crown. Ultimately subject to the authority of the Tavari Union, the islands are self-governed by a democratically elected Legislative Council and represented on the Council of the Tavari Union by a popularly elected Delegate.

The most populous of the islands is Mt. Akrona, home to the city of the same name, that is the caldera of an otherwise-submerged extinct undersea volcano. Other major settlements include Avtovat, which is the largest settlement of the "Dry Isles" known for their unique (for Tavaris) climate. Vaalsaar, a Native Rodokan settlement under the governance of the Rodokan Native Tribal Administration, was previously administratively part of the Tavari East Cerenerian Isles, but became part of Rodoka and the Isles as part of the Ranat Accords in 2022. Both historically and in the present day, the majority of the population is Akronist, due to the Akronist church being the primary driving force behind the settlement project. Akronist missionaries hoped to use the islands as a base of operations to spread their religion to Aurora and beyond.

Initially, the Tavari claimed and began to build upon a longer chain of islands. However, due to a years-long economic downturn caused by the Fourth War with Bana, the cash-strapped Tavari crown sold the seven-most southwesterly islands in the archipelago to what was then Salovia. Those islands, known as Didi Zghvis K'edeli, are today controlled by Tuvaltastan.
