The Republic of Sarentria, officially Sarentria (Ethalrian: Sarentrien) is a sovereign state in the Ethaln, Aurora that sits between Durentrus, Asilica and Faethalria.
Sarentria is a land tossed and turned by war, it was for a very long while the Ethalrian powerhouse of the south, with naval port cities dotting its coastline, Sarentria retained most of the Ethalrian navy post-breakup after the Auroran-Pacific War in 2017.
A relatively fertile land, Sarentria hosts a vast landscape of old-growth temperate deciduous forests, with plentiful wildlife. Much like its eastern neighbour Faethalria it has two large freshwater lakes. Its capital city is Glitzernd, and other big cities include Wulesburg and Kostördel. The total population is 26.5 million, who have an average GDP per capita of $19,752. Sarentria is a member of the UNAC. Its provisional government was set up by Great Morstaybishlia after the Auroran-Pacific War to the same style. Its Prime Minister is Ositha Boracova who also leads the incumbent Traditional Party.
The two other major political parties include the Sarentrian United Left Party and the Liberal Alliance Party.

The highest point is Lesne (Lesne Mountain) at 790 metres (2,591 ft), and the lowest point is the Kolsta marches at -1 m (-3.2 ft). The average elevation of Sarentria is 194 m (636 ft) above sea level. The climate features cold winters, with average July minimum temperatures ranging from −4 °C (24.8 °F) in the north (Glitzernd) to −8 °C (17.6 °F) in the south (Kostörsdel), and cool and moist summers with an average temperature of 18 °C (64.4 °F). Sarentria has an average annual rainfall of 550 to 700 mm (21.7 to 27.6 in).
