Ryz'alf Tsøka'fla (born Ryz'as Zhøzna'sa; September 2, 1998) is a Kæra diplomat and translator, heading the Kæra Delegation to the International Forum and representing the nation in the General Council, having taken over the position from her previous superior Te'dup Tsøka'sa shortly after she killed the Ambassador in self-defence.
Notable for being one of the most prevalent successes in the field of translation outside of the official diplomatic language of Vaaran, Ryz'alf is considered the sole and therefore foremost recognized expert on Codexian-Kæzhyn translation. and has been made responsible for providing such translations for the Kæra Government when required for messages needed to be sent without the delay of using Vaaran as a medium in which to translate to and from Kæzhyn.
Despite her holding multiple positions and gaining a higher education designed for the bureaucratic classes, Ry'zalf unusually saw herself undergoing a mixed education, being born into the National Collective Forces as a Soldier (or Zhøzna) class.
