Rubie Dillarin was born on 8 August 1978 in Rivermead, Kirdintayos, a Valerian speaker born to Valerian parents. She was raised in Valeria, briefly living in Albriels before moving to Tirillon, Kirdintayos. Her father died in 1987, and Rubie was raised by her mother and her carpenter brother. Her aunt Lizabelle Dillarin helped Rubie as a young adult embark on a career as a lawyer after leaving college. |
