Jeneral Mawgan Ergudyn Kitto (born 9 July 1947), also known mononymously as Kitto, is a Dewnanow former general and politician who has been the pennvenyster of Dewnania and leader of Gwlas since 2001. From 1993 to 1997 he served as Mester a'n Defens, and from 1997 until 2001 as Menyster a'n Defens.
Born on DGT Ruvanes Igerna, a transcereneric ocean liner, Kitto was born to lower-middle class parents returning from work in the Ruanow colony. His military career in the Dewnanow Armed Forces began in 1964 at the age of 17, when Ethalria invaded the far southwestern Marisow region of Terghintia (today apart of North Ethalria), sparking the Second Ethalro-Terghintian War. Serving in the Auroran Imperial War, Kitto was apart of the 4th Commandos Regiment where he was awarded the Gold Triskele for acts of valour in the Battle for Mäanderburg. His career in the armed forces spanned 33 years and culminated in his appointment as Master of Defence in 1993, serving until 1997.
Upon his military retirement, Kitto was appointed Minister of the Defence in Glowbrenn's government, serving from 1997 until 2001.
