While still supporting under Norgsveltian monarch, it work for ensuring a equal cooperation between the Norgsveltian and Tieresh inhabitants. National Party holds 46 seats.

The Council of Nobles vote on issues such as foreign policy and trade. The Council is made up with a mixture of nobles both born in Dvalheim but also outside it. With 40 of the 50 seats being held by native Dvalians with it being split equaly of the ethnic Norgsveltian and Tieresh, the 10 other seats being held by nobles from Norgsveldet, Eyjaria and Meremaa. The High Councilman of Dvalheim holding two seats in it.

The Grand Duchy of Dvalheim or commonly known Dvalheim is a island nation on the island Langeyjr on the continent of Novaris, sharing a border with the nation of Tiervan. It has a population of around 4,2 million people after estimates from 2017. It's capital Vinby holding around 1 million people. Dvalheim is an de jure independent nation but has been called by experts to be an de facto puppet state of Norgsveldet, something the goverments of Dvalheim and Norgsveldet has denied. Dvalheim is also a founding member of the Union of Commonwealth Alliances.

The nation went through 5 years of military dictatorship under millitary general Varg Drugson, in 1985 reformed Dvalheim until a constitutional monarchy, with a complicated political system that holds influnces from both aristocratic and democratic principles written in it's constitution.

Politics

The politics of Dvalheim work in the framework of the Dvalian constitution of 1985. According the constitution Dvalheim is an constitutional monarchy, with an national council that gives the nobility and the people equal say in leadership. With the People's Assembly being chosen every four year by the Dvalian people, and the Council of Nobles being reperesented by the most powerfull nobility. The People's Assembly holding 100 seats and the Council of Nobles holding 50. The leader of the National Council being voted on every 10 years, however it is the Grand Duke that chose the candidate that will be voted on. If the candidate gets the majority of the vote in both the People's Assembly and Council of Nobles, he becomes the High Councilman of Dvalheim. Despite the Grand Duke chosing the candidate that is voted every 10 years, he can not veto any of the laws passed by High Councilman nor what passes the National Council.

The High Councilman of Dvalheim holds highest millitary authority in Dvalheim, and matter of millitary is done through him alone. The High Councilman can also write laws that must be passed by the peoples assembly. According to the Dvalian constitution the High Councilman can declare martial law and executive orders whenever a matter of crisis happens, though the nature of such crisis is never defined.
