The Continuity Administration of the Chibian Social Union (Kolonital: Kontinuïteitsadministrasie van die Chibian Social Union, KA-CSU) is a Chibian government-in-exile which claims to be the successor to the separatist Chibian Social Union, who declared the independence of Vistari North Gondwana from the Vistari Empire in 1989. It maintains the 1989 declaration as basis for its claim to the entirety of Vistaraland's territory on mainland Gondwana, which the organization claims to be under illegal occupation.

Based in the city of Veridal, East Atlalandr, the organization seeks to replace the current Vistari-administration of Vistari North Gondwana with an independent communist state which enshrines and protects the rights of native Chibians and other peoples of Northeast Gondwana living within the territory. Ideologically, it describes itself as adhering to Orthodox Marxist theory, as well as opposition to imperialism and speciesm which it alleges to still be propagated by the Vistari government.
The organization was declared a terrorist organization by the Vistara Commonwealth in 1996, citing alleged connections between it and Chibian resistance fighters in North Gondwana. Due to this, the government of East Atlalandr has been criticized abroad for its willingness to host the government-in-exile, though the KA-CSU denies any involvement with political violence in Chibilaba.
Despite efforts made by the organization, its claim to Vistari North Gondwana is unrecognized by most governments, due primarily to it having no control of its claimed territory, as well as the influence of Vistaraland on the global stage. Currently, the Continuity Administration is recognized as the legitimate government of Vistari North Gondwana by East Atlalandr and the Federation of the Southern Coast, with discussions between the organization's leadership and the Red Crown Economic Union having allegedly began to take place in 2023.
