Harrison Paul Cleveland Durand (born July 27th, 1961), otherwise known as Cleveland Durand is a Wealdenite politician and former wrestler, who has served as Vice President of Cappedore from December 2014 to May 2023, alongside President Austin Merrill. He turned against Merrill during the 2023 coup after defecting to the People's Reform Party on 15 May 2023. As a result of this, after the dissolution of Cappedore, Durand was appointed as Chairman of the Provisional Congress in May 2023.
